What if I am new to the MeetingPlace platform? Can Premium Services still help me?
Of course. Whether you are very familiar with MeetingPlace or just learning, our Event Staff will take you step by step to ensure you will look like a pro to your audience. We can even set up a dry-run to make sure your comfortable with the process, and only have to worry about your message...not the meeting.
How far in advance do I need to schedule my moderated event?
We request that all new meeting requests be submitted no sooner than 48 hours before the time of the event. Although all efforts to meet the request will be made, we cannot guarantee that the necessary resources will be available.
What type of meeting formats do you offer?
There are two options for a Premium Services event:
Lecture Style Meeting - Only the presenters are given speaking capability. The meeting moderator can enable speaking ability all at once or one at a time...depending on what is desired by the host. This creates a more formal and structured environment for the presenter(s). (find out more)
Open Forum Meeting - In this mode, all attendees are given speaking and presenter rights upon entering the meeting..

What is the cost for having a Premium Services Event Manager moderate my meeting?
In general, obtaining the managed moderated service adds $.10 per minute per participant to the cost of the meeting. For non-moderated per minute audio, web, or other pricing, please speak with the company contact or complete our form HERE.
How many participants can I have attend my Premium Services meeting?
As a general rule, we can support 550 audio ports and 150 web ports on the MeetingPlace platform. However, if your meeting requirements exceed these numbers, a Cisco partner may be utilized to accomodate your situation. For more information about your specific meeting needs, please contact us.
