Meeting Notes Services
Are you taking advantage of our Meeting Notes Services? We can provide you with the following collateral to help you evaluate, promote, and share the meeting to your audience or management.

Participant List
We will compose a list of all the meeting's participants and send it to the desired parties via email.

Portable Presentation Capture
We now offer the new and improved PPC Service, that synchronizes the Voice & Web Conference portions of a meeting into a simple portable file. This synchronization includes any content that is shared through the desktop (i.e., Word, Excel, Website etc..) with the audio portion of the presentation. Furthermore, we offer an expanded list of portable formats for the purpose of archiving or distribution such as Flash, AVI, WMV, QuickTime, RealMedia, iPod-Cast/ MP4 and MP3 (audio only).

Audio CD
We can send you an audio CD of the meeting's recording.

Transcription
A transcription of the meeting can also be provided if desired.
